This is probably 10x the amount of work you're thinking it is. It's going to be an enormous amount of work that you paid to do. Interviews, recruiting, buying lunch, finding office space, finding customers, introductions, a shoulder to cry on. You name it, you'll be doing it every day for a decade. You wanted to play in the big leagues. This is how it's done.
By all reasonable measurements this probably isn't the right thing for you to do. Throw your money at Robinhood and forget about it for half a century, you'll be fine.
